The HR Manager is holding all scope of HR processes for MEA&T region.
The HR Manager proceeds all streams of HR function across the Region included but not limited to:
Implement Corporate HR strategy across the region population.
Collaborate with Corporate HR centers of expertise and Emerging Markets HR community.
HR and multifunction projects participation: Global & Local.
Compliance and employee’s relations control.
Be a first point of contact to the MEA&T team regarding HR matters.
Job Requirements:
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or Economics.
Fluency in English. Arabic / Turkish / Russian is a plus.
5+ years’ experience in a similar position (HR Manager, HR Generalist), preferably for an international company.
Knowledge of all HR streams with proven results.
Ability to work independently as the sole HR person in the region.
Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects independently.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Strong team player with leadership skills.
