Job Scope
The role is responsible for managing the recruitment process to fulfill business needs by identifying and selecting high-quality candidates in a timely manner. This involves maintaining constant communication with candidates, scheduling interviews, and overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process. Key responsibilities include posting open positions, building talent pipelines for frequently hired roles, assisting with assessment centers, preparing and generating recruitment-related reports, and ensuring that a thorough selection process is followed.
The role also includes sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting phone screenings, conducting HR interviews, and coordinating interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
