Job Title: HR Assistant

Location: Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) Al Ghail Industrial Area

Language Requirement: Fluent in Russian (mandatory)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivatedHR Assistantto support daily HR operations in our Ras Al Khaimah office. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Russian, possess strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, and demonstrate excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR processes and supporting both employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate monthly HR reports, timesheets, and overtime reports
  • Track and manage employee vacations, attendance, and sick leaves
  • Maintain employee payroll records and coordinate salary processing
  • Prepare job offers, employment contracts, warning letters, and other HR documentation
  • Assist in recruitment activities, including screening and interviewing candidates
  • Responsible for the onboarding process for new employees
  • Maintain and update employee files/folders and documentation in compliance with company policies
  • Prepare and update the organizational chart on a monthly basis
  • Coordinate flight bookings and travel arrangements for employees
  • Announce public holidays and ensure communication of HR updates
  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities, including birthdays and internal events
  • Monitor visa expiry dates and ensure timely renewal processing
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law in all HR practices
  • Manage assigned HR projects and support broader HR initiatives
  • Report directly to the HR Manager and Factory Director

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Russian (mandatory)
  • Based in Ras Al Khaimah
  • Strong command of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
