Al-Futtaim is regarded as a pioneer in the Gulf region's Automotive industry and encompasses every aspect of the Automotive business; from passenger and commercial vehicles and construction equipment sales and service, to used car sales and rental and leasing.

We also hold exclusive franchises for some of the world's top automobiles and automotive products like Hino - Japan's leading heavy-duty vehicle manufacturer, Toyo & Chen shin/ Maxxis tyres, GS & Panasonic batteries as well as the franchises for Hertz Rent-a-car - the world's largest rental and leasing company and FAMCO heavy goods Machinery.


We are currently looking for a Receptionist to work at our corporate head office in Dubai.


Responsibilities:
  1. Should have good telephone handling skills - answer all incoming calls and handle callers & re-divert calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
  2. Manage the meeting calendars for Director and Procurement Managers.
  3. Meet & greet all visitors. Assist them to the meeting rooms.
  4. Stationery and Pantry ordering. Dispatch of inbound and outbound mail/courier.
  5. Assisting all external and Internal Group staff by guiding them to the right person within Al Futtaim.
  6. Maintain good teamwork within departments.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum Experience: Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in receptionist and office administration. Proficient in MS Office and administration skills.

Proficient in MS Office and administration skills.


Behavioural Competencies:

Strong interpersonal, organizational and advanced telephone skills. Excellent communication, organizing, analytical.


Essential Communication Skills:

English.
