What you’ll doLeading the Corporate IT Systems Team to assure successful management and continuous development of all aspects of Enterprise IT and successful management of Service Structure in order to provide high quality Digital Workplace, Technical Infrastructure, support services directly to Enterprise Users and Dealers.
Required Technical Background with :
• University Degree (Computer/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or an equivalent combination of education or related experience)
• At least 5-8 years of experience in medium/large organizations
• Proven working experience as operations manager at least 3 years.
• Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and practices
• Exceptional work ethic and time management skills, ability to work well independently and as part of a team, good prioritization skills,
• Ability to establish and maintain constructive working relationships with peers and cross-functional team members from a variety of business functions
• Effective presentation, reporting and documentation skills
• Ability to improve personal capabilities and skills under changing technology environments
• Positive, pleasant, customer focused attitude and result oriented
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Good command of written and spoken English (Upper Intermediate / Advanced)
