Our European headquarters are in Munich, Germany, and we have affiliates in 13 European countries and Canada.

We are looking for a Commercial Excellence Lead to become a member of Daiichi Sankyo Team in Istanbul, Turkey.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics
2. At least 2+ years of experience in the Power BI platform
3. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
4. Strong analytical and strategic thinking
5. Adapt to agile ways of working approach
6. Exceptional ability to design and create data visualizations and deliver insight to the business.
7. Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.
8. Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance and Product Supply.
2. Document and prepare consolidated demand consensus forecast for the company’s oncology portfolio.
3. Develop and implement the different segmentation types and targeting processes with data architecture approach.
4. Provide data intelligence through the generation of complex reports (e.g., Power BI reports and dashboards) and analyses from multiple cross-functional sources to substantiate business decisions and recommendations.
5. Lead global CRM projects in collaboration with European team and implement these projects with the aspiration of local needs.
6. Design target and incentive plans and track achievement. Develop Field Force Incentive schemes and objectives.
