Bachelor's degree in relevant fields from a university (BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus)
Minimum 15 years of human resources management experience within machinery industry sector
Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives in HR
Preferably experienced within the scope of turquality program/process management
Ability to multitask and adapt in a flexible working environment
Strong adaptability and change agility skills
Experience in labor law, social security regulations, and practices
Proficient in MS Office programs and open to learning new technologies and programs
Very strong command of English
Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Analytical, proactive, results-oriented, and observant
Resides in or willing to relocate to Bursa
Responsibilities
Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues
End-to-end implementation, management, and continuity of human resources processes for blue- and white-collar employees
Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, and compensation
Collaborate with senior leadership to gain insight into the business objectives and strategies associated with employee relations, recruitment, retention, training programs, and company culture
Execute initiatives and create surveys to support and optimize human resources strategies and compliance
Oversee or administer human resources programs, including benefits, compensation, disciplinary issues, leave, the investigation into disputes, talent and performance management, morale and recognition, workplace health and safety, development, and training, etc.
Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities
Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions
Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies
