Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule work activities at sites in accordance to master program and ensure work is conducted in a timely and safe manner.
• Budget and Cost Control.
• Liaise with Clients, consultants, architect, authorities, project teams and subcontractors.
• Assist to prepare progress claims with QS department to main contractor/ clients.
• Certify Progress claim to sub-contractors/ suppliers.

Requirements:

• Project management experience in Construction, preferably with experience in plumbing & sanitary work.
