Sr Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Analyze project requirements and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
2. Design high precision and high-tech automation equipment, ensuring that it meets performance, quality, and reliability standards.
3. Select components such as servo axes and robots based on project requirements.
4. Coordinate with fabrication houses and component suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and components.
5. Guide assembly technicians in building and testing the equipment, ensuring that it meets design specifications and performance requirements.
6. Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement of our products.
7. Stay up to date with the latest developments in mechanical engineering and automation technology.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics or related field preferred.
2. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in automation equipment design.
3. Knowledge and experience in factory automation is an advantage.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Experience in electrical, pneumatic, and sensor component selections.
6. Proficient in SolidWorks 3D software.
7. Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
