1. Drive test plan development: Lead the creation and implementation of new product test introduction and delivery plans, ensuring timely and effective execution.
2. Enhance data analysis capabilities: Implement advanced analysis methods for test data, manage analysis tools, and continuously improve data quality and capabilities.
3. Conduct comprehensive testing: Organize and analyze ATE test data during the engineering phase, perform characterization data analysis, and deliver detailed test reports.
4. Spearhead yield management: Identify and analyze yield-limiting issues, implement improvement plans, and establish end-to-end management systems for yield optimization.

1. Educational background: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Microelectronics, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field.
2. Extensive experience: At least 8 years of experience in test process introduction, with strong expertise in ATE test systems and data analysis tools.
3. Technical proficiency: Deep understanding of test principles, process principles, WAT testing principles, and big data analysis.
4. Analytical skills: Proficiency with data analysis software and tools such as JMP, Minitab, Excel VBA, or similar platforms.
5. Industry knowledge: Familiarity with OSAT operations and management principles, including contractor test facility operations and internal process flows.
6. Strong communicator: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively across various teams and functions.
