Responsibilities:
Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers while identifying new business prospects.
Analyze customer technical quotation requests and collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals for management approval and customer presentations.
Manage customer inquiries, lead negotiations, and facilitate contract discussions.
Review and present sales contracts and manufacturing service agreements to management and clients.
Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and order fulfillment.
Oversee product lifecycle activities, including end-of-life (EOL) management, engineering change notices (ECN), obsolescence claims, product transfers, and cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing sector, preferably in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or business development/program management roles.
Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering.
Strong technical expertise to discuss specifications and processes with customers.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
