Application/ Technical Support Engineer

Location: Bukit Batok

Working Days: 5 Days

Working hours: 9am - 6pm

Salary: SGD2,900 - $4,000 (not inclusive of transport allowance, bonus/commission)

Allowance Transport: SGD500 min (applicable if you have own car), otherwise reimbursement
Bonus: 1 – 2 months depending on performance

The role of Technical Support and Application Engineer will be responsible for supporting technical sales and providing technical support of Automation Products we are distributing and their applications for our customers in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for product management for the product we are distributing.
• Provide post-sale and pre-sale application and sales support by analyzing and recommending solutions to meet customer’s needs.
• Prepare and present application/solution proposals according to customer requirements.
• Provide technical support, respond to customer queries and issues over telephone or email.
• Provide product training and conduct product demonstrations to customers.
• Work closely with the sales team to maintain existing customer relationships.
• Use product application knowledge to demonstrate to potential customers the usefulness of the product.
• Build relationships with our product's principal and provide customer feedback for service and/or product enhancements.
• Value-add to customers’ needs and strengthen relationships with them.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Engineering / Industrial / Mechatronics.
• Training on products will be provided.
• Knowledge in PLC, Control/Automation, IoT knowledge will be an added advantage.
• 1 – 2 years experience.

Skills:

• PLC programming, touch panel, Control and Automation.

Compensation:

• Basic Salary Range x 13 months: SGD2,900 - 4,000 (not inclusive of transport allowance, bonus/commission).
• Allowance Transport: SGD500 min (applicable if you have own car).
• Bonus: 1 – 2 months depending on performance.
