Job Responsibilities

1. Assist Talent Acquisition with job postings
2. Interview scheduling upon request
3. Perform Case Study / Assessment prior to interview
4. Trigger Workday interview process
5. Send calendar invites, confirmation emails & reminder invites to respective panel, TA & candidate
6. Conduct Character Reference / HR Reference Checks
7. Prepare Letter of Offer and welcome pack for onboarding
8. Generate Weekly or Monthly updates and Reports
9. Any other ad-hoc matters

Job Requirements

1. Diploma in Human Resources or relevant discipline
2. Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology tools
3. Experience with Workday or other leading HR Systems preferably
4. Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Able to multitask and handle high volume of work

Working Hours / Location

1. Mon-Thu, 8.30am-6pm ; Fri, 8.30am-5.30pm
2. Mapletree Business City (Nearest MRT – Labrador Park)
