Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or master degree in Finance, Business Administrative, Economics, or a relevant field.
2. At least 10 years of senior management experience in asset management industry, with expertise in capital markets, investment strategies, risk management, and a proven track record in global investor relations, marketing, and sales. In-depth knowledge of both alternative investments and traditional asset classes.
3. Extensive network within both public and private financial sectors, regionally and globally.
4. Proven ability to execute sales strategies in global markets while managing the overall operations of a local office.
5. Experience in identifying investment opportunities, engaging with investors, and driving business growth.
6. Ability to develop and implement long-term strategic visions aligned with company goals, driving growth and improving operational efficiency.
7. Expertise in overseeing financial performance, optimizing cost structures, and identifying new revenue streams.
8. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams.
9. Proven success in maintaining regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and upholding the highest ethical standards in asset management.

2. Monitor market trends, industry shifts, and competitor activities, utilizing data-driven insights to make strategic decisions.
3. Design and implement marketing and sales strategies targeting global LPs and institutional investors to drive business growth.
4. Expand the firm’s investor base by leveraging existing relationships and fostering new connections.
5. Identify and capitalize on new investment opportunities, offering tailored solutions to investors that align with their needs.
6. Oversee the local office’s business operations, ensuring full alignment with corporate strategy and organizational objectives.
7. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, and key stakeholders to drive ongoing collaboration and success.
8. Identify and seize emerging investment opportunities, new market segments, and innovative financial products, strengthening the firm’s market position and ensuring long-term growth.
9. Provide oversight of portfolio management, investment strategies, and asset allocation, implementing effective risk management practices to protect assets.
10. Drive the financial health of the organization, focusing on profitability, cost control, and revenue generation.
