Define and execute the general strategy (short and long term) with the management, including strategies for new products and enhancements of current products.

Requirements and Skills
Candidate must possess at least a degree in marketing, operations management, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.
Experience in planning and budgeting.
Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.).
