Clinic General Manager

We are representing our client, a private clinic, in the search for a Center Manager to oversee daily operations and overall company performance.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage all business activities of the company, ensuring growth and profitability.
2. Supervise clinic staff, manage capacity planning, infrastructure, and patient services to ensure optimal clinic operations and adherence to service standards.
3. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure all equipment and operational requirements are met.
4. Continuously assess, refine, and document systems and processes to improve organizational efficiency and enhance patient care quality.
5. Ensure clinic operations are cost-effective by identifying and monitoring key cost factors to meet targets.
6. Oversee staff recruitment and retention to build a skilled, stable, and motivated workforce.
7. Manage and analyze financial accounts.
8. Facilitate two-way communication between staff and management, ensuring timely information flow, addressing issues, and proposing solutions.
9. Develop and implement business and marketing strategies.

Requirements

1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
2. Strong analytical skills, adaptability, and excellent decision-making abilities.
3. Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
4. Self-motivated and capable of managing high-pressure situations.
5. At least five years of relevant experience in the field.
