General Manager, Automotive Dealership

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive operational excellence, with a primary focus on Aftersales operations, alongside Sales, Marketing, and Administration.

Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee and enhance Aftersales operations, including the workshop, service advisory, parts management, and car grooming.
• Develop and implement efficiency-driven SOPs for Aftersales, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring periodic reviews to adapt to industry changes.
• Lead strategies to improve service quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction in Aftersales.
• Drive the adoption of advanced diagnostic tools, training programs, and process optimizations to enhance workshop performance.
• Implement cost-effective inventory and parts management strategies to reduce wastage and improve profitability.
• Ensure the workshop meets all safety, regulatory, and compliance standards.
• Oversee sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
• Lead customer-centric initiatives to improve brand loyalty and service retention.
• Manage budgeting, financial planning, and operational costs to ensure overall profitability.
• Develop and mentor teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.
• Align dealership operations with the company’s green mobility vision and sustainability initiatives.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive aftersales service, with additional expertise in sales and marketing.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing aftersales operations, including workshop efficiency, service quality, and parts management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and drive performance improvements.
• Proficiency in dealership management software and aftersales service tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning capabilities.
