Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the shop
  • Dynamic and proactive in meeting sales targets
  • Engaging in innovation and productivity initiatives for the stores to drive seamless customer experience
  • Creating connections and building rapport with customer to maintain long-term relationships
  • Adhering to established standard operating procedures in terms of the handling of cash and assets
  • Ensuring all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and productivity
  • Assisting with the monthly stock check and to maintain accurate stock records

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum ‘O’ level/diploma or equivalent level of education
  • With at least 2 years of relevant work experience in retail, sales or FMCG industry
  • Sales driven and proactive
  • Enjoy operating in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Willingness to work retail shifts on weekends and public holidays
  • Fluent in both oral and written communication skill
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
