Clarvia is seeking a Marketing Director to lead the company’s marketing vision and drive strategic growth.

The ideal candidate will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, manage high-impact campaigns, and ensure cohesive brand positioning across all touchpoints.

• Develop and lead Clarvia’s marketing strategy in alignment with business goals
• Design and oversee marketing plans, campaigns, and sales-driven initiatives
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
• Drive lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue-focused marketing activities
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and client interactions
• Collaborate closely with design, content, sales, and tech teams
• Monitor KPIs and provide ongoing performance analysis and insights

• Proven experience in Marketing Strategy, Marketing Management, and Market Planning
• Strong analytical capabilities and solid experience in Market Research
• Proficiency in Marketing & Sales operations with demonstrated ability to drive measurable growth
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a fully remote environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Previous experience in the legal industry or professional services is a significant advantage
