We seek to recruit an Arabic Legal Operations Transformation Consultant to join our client's Legal Ops and tech Consultancy Team. The candidate would be based in their Riyadh office and will be regularly required to attend client premises around the Middle East Region for workshops and project meetings in person. We would prefer to recruit a Saudi National for this position; however are also open to Arab Nationals with the relevant skills.
This role will be working within a team that provides legal operations and legal tech consultancy services to the firm's clients, with the key responsibility being the provision of consultancy advice directly to clients and project management of such consultancy projects. The team support clients in delivering their operational transformation projects, mapping existing workflows, identifying process improvements and the technology tools that will be best suited to their use cases and project managing the implementation of such changes. This role will be a key contributor to and leading the project team on the ground with our Middle East clients.
The firms' consultancy advice can cover a wide variety of different legal operational styles and areas of workload. Hence, background knowledge of various legal operational areas is important, with a particular focus on Contract Lifecycle Management. The firm's consultancy is also technology independent, and familiarity with common technologies such as ICERTIS, Sirion Labs, Ironclad, and others is preferable. Whichever technology tools this individual may have used previously, a continuing motivation to find and explore new use cases and a desire to continue building their knowledge of new technologies will be a requirement.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable conducting client-facing workshops, talking through operational workflows and process mapping, needs analysis, and designing options with clients and colleagues. Familiarity with mapping tools such as Visio or the use of Miro boards and other collaborative tools is an advantage given the importance of process mapping in initial project scoping. An ability to use different workshop techniques with key stakeholders at different stages of a project is a valuable skill for this role.
