Wawasan Sutera, a premier bus transportation and travel agency based in Bandar Baru Klang, Klang is expanding its team! We are looking for a passionate and experienced Travel Operations Executive to manage our growing tour operations sector. If you are proficient in GDS systems like Sabre and have a strong background in travel planning, this role is for you!

Main Job Tasks:

1. Liaise with local and international travel agents to manage bus inventory bookings and secure new clients (B2B and B2C).
2. Handle inbound inquiries from travel agents, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
3. Create customized travel itineraries, competitive quotations, and accurate invoices for group and individual tours.
4. Plan and organize trips involving transportation, accommodation, and air ticket bookings using independent research and GDS systems.
5. Work closely with airlines, agents, and suppliers to handle ticketing and reservations efficiently.
6. Undertake additional administrative or operational tasks as needed to support the travel agency team.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or higher qualification in Travel/Tourism, or Hospitality or certification in Ticketing/IATA.
2. Proficiency in GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is essential.
3. Fluent in English and preferably Mandarin for managing inbound tours.
4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
5. At least 3 years of experience in tour operations, travel planning, or related fields.
