Tour Operations Executive

• Mandarin and English written and spoken proficiency required.
• Attending day-to-day activities with high professionalism.
• Reply to all agents' inquiries on time with high professionalism, well-presented offers, full needed information, and the most competitive rates to maximize business.
• Receive confirmed bookings with all required information from the agents and open files in the internal system.
• Ensure that all work is executed correctly and timely in alignment with services booked as per each file’s requirements.
• Arrange for meet & assist, accommodation, transportation, restaurants, guiding, and other related services according to client itineraries.
• Facilitate smooth and easy execution of services from arrival to departure.
• Coordinate with other departments, transportation, and ground operations to ensure all services are done according to the client’s itinerary with accuracy and quality.
• Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for refunds.
• Collaborate with overseas travel agents, manage inquiries, and provide expert advice on FIT (Fully Independent Traveler) and group bookings, ensuring all details are tailored to clients' needs.
• Follow up on cash/advances supplier payments in coordination with the accounts department to eliminate any issues affecting service.
• Gather agents' feedback about provided services to their clients, noting positive and negative points to improve our services.
• Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with existing and new suppliers to enhance product offerings and maintain a high level of service quality.
