About the Company:

MNC group that operates in the hospitality industry, focusing on budget accommodations and hotel management. It provides technology-driven solutions for lodging, including hotels, guesthouses, and vacation rentals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Your duties include but are not limited to developing business opportunities in diverse market segments.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor sales strategies to generate occupancy, room nights, and revenue.
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets allocated and exceeding established budgets by the Sales Management.
    • Achieve a weekly or monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of sales meetings and new accounts.
    • Analyze market trends, competitors' rates, sales, and promotion activities and provide solutions and feedback to the Management.

What We're Looking For:

  • Past experience with a Travel Agency will be an added advantage.
  • A self-starter, possessing a sales mindset, with experience in cold calling being a must.
  • Experience in B2C outside sales for at least 1-2 years.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and skills in database management and record keeping.
  • Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from planning to closing.
