Natural Dental Laboratory Sdn.Bhd. is a full-service dental lab that specializes in the fabrication of quality dental restorations such as ceramic veneer, inlay, onlay, crown and bridges, implant surgical guide, and restorations.

We strongly focus on precision and utilize state-of-the-art CAD/CAM technology, Digital Smile Design (DSD), and the latest scanning technology to embrace the digital age.

Due to high demand, we are currently expanding and are opening several Dental Technicians positions to work on a full-time basis.

About the role:

Are you an ambitious Dental Technician looking to join a friendly, forward-thinking, and highly experienced team in a well-advanced digital dental lab?

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

1. Read prescriptions/order forms and examine models and impressions to determine the design of dental products to be constructed.
2. Follow the dentist's instructions and dental impressions to make prosthesis as necessary.
3. Scan and design dental restorations using CAD Software suitable for fabricating prosthetic applications.
4. Manage CAD CAM workflow.
5. Maintain dental milling machines and all related equipment.
6. Operate dental milling machines for production.
7. Administer and manage materials inventory.
8. Execute daily operations and procedures.
9. Perform quality control of daily production and related products.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1. Computer literacy is essential.
2. Experience with CAD / CAM systems and knowledge is a plus, but not required.
3. Ability to quickly learn CAD / CAM software.
4. Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and quality.
5. Able to communicate well, passionate about serving patients, with a strong spirit of teamwork and a professional attitude.
6. Fresh Graduates with a good attitude and passion for handcraft with medical knowledge are encouraged to apply.

*Training will be provided, including valuable hands-on training and experience working with multiple types of scanners, milling machines, 3D printers, and digital dental software.
