M&E Site Supervisor/Technician

Job Scope

Performance M&E works on time and compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.
Performance all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, and construction plan and procedures method statement.
Assist the Maintenance and M&E Manager to liaise with the authorities for the smooth implementation of works.
Perform regular preventive maintenance on STP, machines, equipment and plant facilities.
Read and follow labels, safety warnings, and guidelines.
Use and maintain specialized equipment for industrial welding.
Assess welded surfaces, structures, and components to identify errors.
Undertake any other tasks assigned by Maintenance and M&E Manager.

Job Requirements

Possess at least a certificate in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering / Electrical or accredited equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in Maintenance and M&E services and works on site.
Able to read / understand M&E Drawings and other plans and have a good understanding of construction work activities and sequence work.
Teamwork spirit & positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
Able to work independently, highly disciplined, responsible, punctual and very duty bound.

Min Qualification:
Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5.
