Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities, including building maintenance and waste water treatment plant.
• Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.
• Liaise with DOE for licensing and compliance issues.
• Work closely with DOE for all new requirement updates.
• Record all findings for reference and reporting purposes.
• Prepare monthly performance monitoring report as required by DOE.
• Comply with DOE & DOSH requirements.
• Analyze machine running hours and improve productivity.
• Ensure work site is free of any wastage and maintain a neat and clean plant site.
• Ensure all machinery is working at full capacity, stocked with necessary materials, and well maintained.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient running of machines.
• Conduct equipment and materials inspection as per checklist.
• Prepare maintenance report and ensure that all equipment is maintained in good order.
• Perform purchase orders for daily consumption chemicals to ensure smooth operation.
• Maintain stock record of chemicals and other materials for water treatment.
• Ensure good housekeeping and proper handling, storage, and preservation of products in all related areas.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Fill up documents & checklists on time.
• Conduct inspections for all waste water treatment plants and equipment.
• Provide training to WWTP operators.
