We are a multi-national company involved in developing, manufacturing, and marketing intelligent and ergonomic products, located in I-Park Industrial area, Kulai, Johor. We are looking to hire a Technician.

You will play an important role in:

• Perform daily checks and maintenance of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues and quality-related problems.
• Respond promptly to machine-related issues to minimize disruptions.
• Assist in fine-tuning machinery for enhanced performance and efficiency.
• Work to reduce machine downtime and improve overall productivity.
• Support efforts to increase production volume by ensuring machines are running at full capacity.
• Maintain accurate records of servicing and maintenance activities.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

• Possess at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience related to electrical & mechanical.
• Knowledge in Preventive Maintenance, Machine and Equipment Maintenance troubleshooting is an added advantage.
• Good electrical and mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills.
• Experience working with automated machines.
• Be able to work in shifts.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required as you would need to liaise with stakeholders from China.
