TeamSystem is a leading tech company in the market for digital business management solutions for SMEs, micro companies and professionals.
TeamSystem is controlled by Hellman & Friedman, a private equity investment firm with offices in San Francisco, New York, and London which invests in high-quality companies in North America and Europe. Notable minority investors in TeamSystem include GCapital, ADIA and SilverLake.
As one of the most important Italian players in the software sector, TeamSystem has over the years positioned itself as a true enabler of digital competitiveness for its customers by offering solutions for managing SMEs, micro-businesses and professional firms (accountants, labor consultants and lawyers). To support its customers, TeamSystem has also developed innovative fintech solutions for the management of collections, payments and bank reconciliations.
In 2022, TeamSystem recorded a turnover of c. Eur 700m and an adjusted EBITDA margin of c. 40%, with direct offices serving more than 2 million customers operating on its digital and cloud platforms. As of today, TeamSystem has more than 3,000 employees and 900 software engineers, 80% of them working in Agile, that are focused on the development of ever more innovative, secure, and user-friendly solutions.
Thanks to its M&A strategy (100+ companies acquired in the past 12 years), TeamSystem has steadily expanded its offerings and international footprint, entering the fintech services, e-commerce, SME rating and HR management markets. Today TeamSystem operates in Italy, Spain, Turkey, Albania and Denmark, and is actively seeking to expand its footprint into other European countries and particularly in France.
Given the high number of acquisitions completed by TeamSystem every year, the post-merger integration process has become strategic for the Group to achieve the growth and synergies expected for each acquisition and to ensure a smooth and successful transition of the new companies and products acquired within TeamSystem ecosystem; for this reason, a dedicated Integration Team has been created in the CEO Office in 2019, that is growing also internationally to support TeamSystem expansion strategy.
We are looking for an outstanding Integration Manager for our Strategic Projects & Integrations Team. We seek a talented candidate who will focus on the post-merger integration of new businesses within the CEO Office.
