Job description

We are currently recruiting for a global market leader of fresh and frozen produce.

Due to their demand, growth and development, they are seeking to employ a Repack & Packaging Supervisor to start as soon as possible on their Kings Lynn site.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday
6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm & 10pm – 6am

Duties To Include

Lead, inspire and motivate a multi-disciplined team
Develop and implement packing strategies to optimise efficiency
Monitor and maintain the quality of packed products
Coordinate with the production planning team to ensure timely availability of packing materials and resources
Manage and train packing staff, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure their performance and productivity
Conduct regular inspections and audits of packing lines and equipment
Monitor and analyse packing performance metrics
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
