We are currently recruiting for a global market leader of fresh and frozen produce.
Due to their demand, growth and development, they are seeking to employ a Repack & Packaging Supervisor to start as soon as possible on their Kings Lynn site.
- Monday – Friday
- 6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm & 10pm – 6am
- Lead, inspire and motivate a multi-disciplined team
- Develop and implement packing strategies to optimise efficiency
- Monitor and maintain the quality of packed products
- Coordinate with the production planning team to ensure timely availability of packing materials and resources
- Manage and train packing staff, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure their performance and productivity
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of packing lines and equipment
- Monitor and analyse packing performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
