We are looking for an Operations and Customer Service Coordinator to join the Customer Support team. This is a permanent opportunity to join a global leader in their sector.

1. Provide shipping and collection invoices and other relevant documents for importing.
2. Arrange collections and replacement equipment worldwide.
3. Liaise with technicians and customers over call-outs and inspections.
4. Receive calls from customers and external offices worldwide.
5. Provide repair quotations.
6. Responsible for servicing of equipment for a major customer.
7. Provide weekly Teams support for customers.
8. Maintain and provide databases to technicians worldwide.
9. Update systems with serial numbers of replacement components.
10. Generate and distribute daily customer reports.
11. Coordinate S&M and replacement parts requirements with overseas service centres.
12. Raise sales orders and invoices on Sage.
13. Handle customer complaints, coordinate with relevant departments to identify the cause, and provide prompt solutions.
14. Provide first-line support for all overseas service centres.

1. Customer Service experience.
2. Experience of sales order processing.
3. Experience in Sage 200 or similar.
4. Proficiency in Excel.
5. Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
6. Excellent communication skills.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 08.00 - 5.00pm, Friday 08.00am to 1.00pm. Flexi start/finish available.

Salary: £25,000 to £26,000
