1st Line Support Engineer - EPOS
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 + benefits + bonus
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate 1st Line Support Engineer with a background in IT or EPOS Support to join a fantastic sports company in High Wycombe.
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- A genuine passion for helping customers and growing a project
- A sporty nature, someone sports professionals would enjoy talking to
- Ability to maintain spreadsheet trackers
- Experience in the use of EPOS systems or supporting one
- Good MS Office skills
- Experience in supporting an application
- Retail supervision or management
- Experience or an understanding of SQL
