A health organization in Bournemouth is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead the Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) service. This role involves management of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring compliance with national guidelines, and conducting forensic examinations. We are looking for an experienced and compassionate ClinicalManager to lead our Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) service.This pivotal role involves managing and coordinating the delivery of ahigh-quality, 24/7 forensic and healthcare service for victims of rape andsexual assault ensuring care is delivered with empathy, professionalism, andin line with national guidelines and contractual requirements.
You will be responsible for leading a dedicatedmultidisciplinary team, maintaining clinical governance standards, overseeingservice development, and ensuring compliance with CQC and other regulatoryframeworks.

To lead, manage and coordinate the delivery of the SARC service inaccordance with Contractual Obligations, National guidelines andLocal Targets, and play a pivotal role in its continued developmentwithin budgetary restraints. To provide acute forensic examinationsfor victims of rape and sexual assault in accordance with PHL Group,FFLM and NMC guidelines and the NMC code of conduct.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
