Baker

Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 6am - 2pm (may vary due to requirements)

Pay: Starting at £12.60 p/h

Location: Rugby

Baker required to join our client based in Rugby. Our client is a busy wholesale craft bakery located within the heart of Rugby.

1. Weigh out quantities of ingredients.
2. Work to recipes.
3. Bake products in batches in industrial ovens (use of revent ovens is a plus).
4. Quality checking.
5. Good understanding of a baker's role is essential.
6. Make recipes on a schedule.
7. General hygiene duties to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

1. Food hygiene certificate is essential.
2. Flexible approach towards work.
3. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
