Exciting times for this Leading Main Contractor as they establish an office just outside of Leeds. This strategic move will help support live projects in the north and further negotiated work with key clients. This group is heading towards a £1 billion turnover with impressive profits!

The new office opened just outside of Leeds, Yorkshire. From this regional office, you will provide support to projects on site and at the tender stage. Can you turn your hand to support both pre and post-contract activities? There is never a dull day in this business as they have an impressive client base of major international retailers, pharmacies, and tech clients.

You will split your time between the live projects and the Leeds office to help hit business targets.

• Subcontractors assessment to program
• Delay analysis
• Providing support to distressed programs that need guidance
• Meet and greet clients
• Get involved with bids/tenders
• Manage a project and provide all key ratios and activities to management and clients

• Experience as a site/project planner for a main contractor or sub-contractor
• Construction education & training, such as HND, Trade, or Civil Engineer
• Solid software experience with Primavera 6 & Asta
• Experience in design and build, ideally in warehouses, industrial, data centers, pharmaceutical, and commercial projects
• Strong analytical skills, able to spot errors/risks before they occur
• Confident in client-facing roles and building collaboration with the project team, client, and supply chain

• Basic salary range of £65,000 - £80,000
• Bonus scheme, medical, pension, and life cover
• All expenses will be paid if you need to stay away for work
