Property Consultant / Client Manager

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 basic DOE – realistic OTE £50,000

Location: Fleet

Weekend availability and full UK driving licence needed

1to1 Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Property Consultant / Client Manager to join the highly successful sales team within an independent estate agents based in Fleet.

You will have proven experience in winning instructions across all price ranges; have a results-driven mindset and the ability to exceed sales targets; and be a team player who values collaboration and working in a supportive environment.

1. Provide expert advice and support throughout the sales process
2. Deliver exceptional customer service
3. Work towards and exceed sales targets
4. Build and maintain long-term client relationships
5. Collaborate effectively within a close-knit team
6. Dealing with day-to-day general enquiries
7. Ensuring branch compliance in accordance with legislation and company standards
8. Drive lead generation through conveyancing, mortgage appointments and other third party suppliers
