  • Diverse responsibilities: During your assignment, you will execute recruiting strategy and manage talent searches for HW’s London and Frankfurt offices across levels and departments. The Recruiter organizes in-office and on-campus recruitment event logistics, maintains job postings and manages on-site interview days. You will maintain and update job and candidate data in HW’s recruiting database. The Recruiter manages candidates through their hiring journey with Harris Williams, starting with CV review, conducting pre-screening calls, scheduling interviews, delivering feedback and disseminating candidate communications throughout the recruiting process. The Recruiter contributes to execution of our summer internship and full-time training programs.
  • Collaborative work environment: The Recruiter collaborates with the US-based Recruiting Team and the London office’s Talent Manager to set recruitment strategy, execute events and live searches. You will also engage with colleagues in the London and Frankfurt offices throughout recruitment cycles and live searches and work with teammates across the broader Talent Team.

You will be supported by the Talent Team throughout your assignment to provide additional training and guidance on an as-needed basis.

    • Editing and formatting expertise in PowerPoint utilizing templates
  • ATS (Applicant Tracking System) experience; Workday or iCIMS preferred
    • Requisition management
    • Candidate review and dispositioning
    • Basic on-boarding steps
Minimum Qualifications
  • Ability to work in the U.K. without sponsorship
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of related experience in professional recruiting or talent management
