Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (NQ – 3 Years' PQE) – Dundee

We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a dynamic and supportive firm in Dundee. This opportunity is perfect for a talented individual with between NQ and 3 years' PQE who is eager to advance their career in a well-established firm.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion
2. Providing expert legal advice on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
3. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transactions
4. Conducting thorough due diligence, including title checks and searches
5. Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds and other legal documents
6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements

Key Requirements:

1. Qualified Solicitor with NQ to 3 years' PQE in Residential Conveyancing
2. Strong knowledge of Scottish property law and conveyancing procedures
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to tight deadlines
5. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
6. Proactive and client-focused approach
