Trainee Lettings Negotiator

At Allen & Harris, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Lettings Administrator/Trainee Negotiator to support our fantastic team in branch in Chippenham. As our Letting Administrator/Negotiator, you will take ownership of office administration accurately and efficiently and in a professional manner, within a busy customer facing environment.

Key responsibilities

1. Manage move ins, including creating tenancy paperwork.
2. Liaise with tenants to ensure referencing is completed quickly.
3. Ensure all safety certificates are in place.
4. Assist tenants and landlords with queries during the process.
5. Answer calls and walk-in enquiries.
6. Update website and window displays.
7. Conduct viewings and property visits.
8. Make outbound calls to book viewings.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Lettings Administrator/Trainee Negotiator

• Experience in Customer Service or similar Admin role.
• Customer focused and comfortable in a client-facing role.
• Resilient, positive, numerate, and detail-oriented.
• Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full UK Driving license and own car.
