Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Leader in Cheltenham
We are hiring for a highly skilled Manufacturing Leader to join our Military Power team at our Cheltenham facility. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of approximately 25 individuals, overseeing daily operations to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line.
Your leadership will have a direct impact on the quality of our products and the overall success of your team. You will be responsible for managing standard operational and technical tasks, with the flexibility to rearrange tasks as necessary to adapt to changing work situations. Your ability to remain adaptable, efficient, and motivate your team will be essential in maintaining the high standards we uphold.
GE Aerospace is one of the worlds largest manufacturers of aircraft engines and components partnering with major commercial, business jet and military aerospace companies and organisations. Our Cheltenham facility employs approx 1600 people and manufactures power distribution & avionics equipment for global military and civil aerospace customers.
