What You’ll Do

1. Draft & negotiate customer and vendor contracts
2. Support and advise sales teams on deal process and contract negotiation
3. Manage deviations and obtain internal approvals before contract signing
4. Provide internal legal training to other departments
5. May assist with M&A, employment, compliance, leasing, and other legal matters
6. Promote continuous improvement of legal services to other SOTI business units

Experience You’ll Bring

1. 4+ years of experience at a top-tier law firm and/or as in-house counsel within the software industry
2. A lawyer licensed to practice
3. Experience negotiating a variety of commercial agreements
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Demonstrated ability to work in a team and with different levels of management
6. Strong writing, drafting, and speaking skills
7. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
