You will be part of a team advising clients on matters including:

  1. strategic trading relationships with customers, suppliers or partners
  2. implementing new technologies or new ways of working
  3. preparing businesses for investment, sale or purchase

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE and responsibilities will include:

  1. managing all aspects of the client relationship, from engagement to billing and chasing payment
  2. ensuring compliance with all file management processes
  3. reviewing and updating client contracts
  4. updating and consulting with Senior Associates and Partners
