Job Description:

We are representing a prestigious global law firm seeking an ambitious associate to join their dynamic Finance practice in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a market leading team where you will primarily focus on structured finance and securitisation matters, although you will also have the chance to work on a broader range of financing transactions allowing you to become a versatile and technically excellent lawyer.

About You:

• 2–4 years’ PQE at a well-regarded law firm, with relevant experience.
• Derivatives experience beneficial.
• Strong technical skills in drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
• Proven ability to manage transactions and build client relationships.
• A strong academic background, coupled with commercial acumen and attention to detail.
• Adaptable, proactive, and a strong team player.
