Job Title: Engineering Front Line Manager | Location: Bradford

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, Days

So, what’s it all about?

As our next Engineering Front Line Manager, you will be passionate and adaptable about leading a team of talented Engineers whilst providing maintenance support as required.

As an Engineering Front Line Manager, you will thrive on interacting with various individuals from different departments throughout the factory, not just those in engineering. To succeed in this role, you will need to be flexible and determined to succeed.

Your remit will include overseeing the shift engineering team, whilst also managing external contractors – there will also be the opportunity to be heavily involved in all site projects. This role involves a wide range of tasks, meaning no two days are the same.

You will be a good and strong communicator who is able to instinctively make the right decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Your all-round core responsibilities will be:

1. Managing and developing a dedicated team.
2. Providing maintenance support.
3. Overseeing projects.
4. Building successful relationships across all departments within the factory.

The Key Requirements...

• Qualified to at least level NVQ 3 or equivalent within electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Previous engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading a team ideally within an Engineering department.
