Job Details:

• Children's Home Manager
• Joining a brand new home, which is part of an existing children's residential care provider
• Registering with OFSTED as the manager of the home, responsible for the safe running of the service
• The home specialises in support for 1 young person with EBD and challenging behaviours
• Ensure the service meets OFSTED and company standards
• Manage staff team of Deputies, seniors and Support Workers
• Work with RI to safely manage and recruit staff, ensuring the home meets OFSTED and company standards
• Bradford based
• Full-time, permanent contract, + on-call duties

Pay Details:

• £45,000 - £60,000

Requirements to apply:

• NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
• NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
• OFSTED Registered Manager experience is essential
