Join our team at our luxury boutique hotel, featuring nine beautifully appointed rooms, in the Highlands near Fearn.

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional experiences for our guests and are currently seeking two Night Supervisors to help us uphold our high standards of care.

We are looking for two enthusiastic individuals, preferably with security experience, who are passionate about providing outstanding guest experiences, are self-motivated, and enjoy caring for others.

The hours are 11pm to 7.30am – 8.5 hour shifts on seven day rotations (seven days on, seven days off).

Weekly paid hours – 28

Salary – Competitive & dependent on experience

• A qualification in administration and hospitality
• Security experience
• Good command of the English language and excellent communication skills
• Experience within a busy five-star facility providing high level customer experience
• Competent in the use of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams and Outlook
• Experience in the use of Property Management Systems
• A friendly, calm and approachable manner
• Team player
• Smart and professional appearance
• A diplomatic problem solver
• A high level of attention to detail

This is not a live-in position. As the hotel is not close to public transport, your own transport is essential.
