• Deliver inspiring and engaging dance lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of teaching Key Stage 5.
• Develop and deliver a diverse dance curriculum that supports students of all abilities and interests.
• Promote creativity, technical skills, and performance excellence through practical and theoretical lessons.
• Lead extracurricular dance activities, including school performances, dance clubs, and events.
• Encourage students to express themselves through movement, building confidence, teamwork, and discipline.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high teaching standards and contribute to the development of the dance curriculum.
• Participate in school-wide activities and enrichment programmes that promote the importance of the arts.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it.
• A degree in Dance, Dance Education, or a related field.
• Previous experience teaching dance at secondary level.
• A passion for dance and a commitment to inspiring students of all abilities.
• Strong classroom management skills and excellent communication abilities.
