A leading contractor in the building services sector is currently looking for an ambitious Mechanical Site Supervisor to deliver multiple projects at site level. You will be working with an experienced team of operatives and subcontractors to ensure health safety, installations, and quality standards are complied with.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of the project at site level.
• Managing our own operatives, subcontractors & ensuring the installation of various packages is compliant with the drawings and specification.
• Manage all health, safety and environmental compliance on site including carrying out toolbox talks to operatives and sub-contractors.
• Ensure compliance with the company's latest policies and stay up to date with any changes to company procedures.
• Responsible for ensuring the installation is done to the highest quality of workmanship using our internal QA procedures to record and track the quality process.
• Report on site progress and support the customer by attending various site meetings.
• Assist with the commissioning and handover process (supported by the Project Manager).
• Not all of our projects are in South Wales so we are seeking individuals that would be willing to work away, through the week. If required to work away, then lodging will be provided.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Candidates must have a minimum 5 years' experience as a mechanical site supervisor on large scale commercial projects along with;
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Heating and Ventilation (Commercial), Building Services installer/Craftsperson or Plumbing Systems.
• Previous experience of managing a range of subcontractors is desirable.
• Hold a full UK driving license.
