Salary: Circa £50,000 - £60,000 dependant on experience plus package including

Summary
A leading provider of engineering solutions is seeking a talented Construction Manager in the Midlands area to manage the execution of a range of railway construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that client objectives are met to time, cost, and quality standards.
Duties include:
Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
Coordinating and supervising subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
Managing project schedules, resources, and budgets.
Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and project team members.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.
Documenting project progress, maintaining accurate records, and preparing regular reports for management.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of site/construction management experience on Railway Civil Engineering/Construction Projects.
HND/HNC in Civil Engineering (desirable).
Experience working on NEC contracts.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Commercial awareness of cost monitoring and cost value reconciliation.
Ideally a CSCS Black card, SSSTS, or SMSTS.
Railway Safety Training (PTS).
