We’re looking for a highly creative Content Marketing Manager for a Men and Womenswear formal attire brand based in central London. We’re looking to speak with candidates who have a real passion for content marketing, who can plan, develop and implement overall content strategy, from conception straight through to implementation, and are comfortable in both online and offline marketing.
The Role:
The Head of Content Marketing will work with the channel owners and creative teams to ideate and produce B2C content which inspires and informs our customer base. We’re looking for someone with new ideas and a fresh approach who can take our brand to the next level.
- Own and manage country-specific content calendars
- Manage a team of 2 (Copywriters).
- Work closely with the merchandising team to schedule marketing activity based on product deliveries and seasons agreed by the business.
- Collaborate with CRM to schedule and actively propose A/B tests for e-mails and homepage design.
- Collaborate with the design team and provide feedback on assets from the point of Copy and Marketing, ensuring the message is consistent and on brand.
- Be comfortable using an array of market research methods to assist in content creation and ideation.
- Hold ideation workshop sessions to plan out content initiatives with wider creative and digital teams.
- Manage the overall brand voice and identity ensuring all content adheres to strict brand guidelines.
- Work with channel owners to map out content initiatives, editorial workflows, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure content is consistent across all channels and can work across SEO, Social, Email, Affiliates, Paid Advertising.
- Write, edit, proofread and be the go-to person for everything content related.
The Person:
As the Content Marketing Manager, you must be a self-starter, have a passion for content, and be proactive.
- Strong project management and presentation skills, ensuring every initiative follows a clearly defined process.
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of SEO and creating content that ranks well in Google.
- An eye for design, good storytelling and storyboarding skills, with excellent communication skills to articulate these ideas.
- Experience in the fashion industry would be a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a natural collaborator, motivator, and team player.
- Experience in creating content briefs with the ability to clearly extract and articulate content requirements.
- Responsible for online and offline marketing content.
